Homebase Property Management is a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents who are the leading professional and regulatory body in the UK exclusively for letting agents in the private sector. ARLA members are required to comply with a Code of Practice which includes safeguarding client monies. Letting a home and in most cases, a major financial asset can be daunting. By offering a very individual service (all aspects of the letting and management are dealt with by Louise and Caroline from their Wallingford office) a close business relationship is created with both landlord and tenant which is extremely important for the smooth running of a tenancy. We are not governed by stringent terms of business and can offer varying levels and flexibility of service and commission depending on an individual landlord's requirements.
